Let me start by saying I have purchased and sold seven home during my life time and worked with several realtors. My experience as a home owner selling properties is significant. By far, Ethan has been the best Agent I have ever worked with. Please know my situation as a home buyer was challenging. My wife and I decided to moved from Utah to Missouri in January. One should imagine how daunting it would be to find a home when living in a different state. Also keep in mind that we were preparing and in the process of selling our home in Utah. Our plan was to fly back and forth to Missouri until we were able to locate a home which suited our needs. This was a expensive and stressful scenario. Hoping to make things easier we went on line to get a head start on the activity and through Zillow made contact with Ethan. As we worked with him, we quickly gained confidence in his abilities and formed a trusting relationship. First and most importantly he is a very competent agent. Secondly, Ethan had excellent "soft skills". He was totally professional, communicated extremely well, demonstrated traditional Mid-Western values, was charming and worked harder than anyone realtor I have ever know to help us find the perfect home. The stress of finding and purchasing was significantly reduced because of his dedicated support. I should also mention that he was assisted by his Wife Nicole through the entire transaction. I wish my review writing skills were better as Ethan deserves praises and accolades far beyond my limited vocabulary. I also could not figure out how to give 6 stars.Ethan had every opportunity to make a quick buck on us in January when we moved here from the west coast. Instead, he took time to educate us about the local market, trends, and projections.He toured countless homes with us, often on a moments notice. He let us make up our own minds-never trying to ‘sell’ us anything. Never trying to hurry us into a decision and ALWAYS keeping us from making what could have been a mistake. I do not think he sleeps. He listened to what we wanted remembered what we liked and disliked, was ‘Johnny-on-the-spot’ when we called or texted him. Ethan did an outstanding job… we were out of state when we bought our home.We met in person when we were there visiting our relatives, he took us to several places while we were still getting to know what we wanted. Once we returned home, we had to rely on Ethan and our son to give us advice on the homes we were looking to purchase. My husband and I had to pleasure of getting to know Lala as she was our realtor back in July 2020. As a first time home buyer, we were nervous and had so many questions. She always answered our questions and did it in a timely manner. She was on top of ALL the inspections we needed for the house.
